What we collect and why
We only collect personal data when you actively give it to us via one of our forms. Each form has a single, narrow purpose:
Contact form — your name, email, and message, used solely to reply to your inquiry.
Newsletter — your email address, used solely to send you the Umio newsletter. Double opt-in confirmation is required; you can unsubscribe with a single click from any newsletter email.
Demo request — your email address, used solely to send you the Umio demo and follow-up information related to it.
Alongside each submission we also store the IP address and User-Agent of the request for fraud prevention and rate-limiting. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a service you asked for) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — newsletter). We do not share your data with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service (our email provider, which transmits the emails we send you).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@umioapp.sk. Newsletter subscribers can also unsubscribe directly from any newsletter email.
